St Breward Community Shop, a volunteer-run Community Benefit Society, has been serving local residents since July 2023. This project will enable the shop to upgrade its equipment by purchasing chillers and freezers, enabling a broader range of food items and improving financial sustainability.
The project also includes purchasing trolleys, insulated boxes, and hi-vis jackets to launch a home delivery service for residents with limited mobility. This will ensure everyone can access essential goods regardless of their circumstances. By enhancing its offer and introducing this vital service, the shop aims to strengthen its role as a community hub and attract more volunteers to support its continued growth.
