This project will improve insulation and lighting at Praze-an-Beeble Institute (and Village Hall), making the building more environmentally sustainable and helping to keep costs low for users.
Following an energy assessment funded by Crowan Parish Council and conducted by Planet A, the council is acting on key recommendations to enhance insulation and upgrade lighting. These improvements mark the first step toward a more energy-efficient facility and lay the groundwork for future heating system upgrades.
The goal is to create a warm, inviting space for community events and health-related small businesses, such as yoga and Pilates classes, while reducing operational costs. By improving energy efficiency, the hall will remain a vital venue for local activities and continue to serve the community for years to come.
