SPF awarded: £17,300

Illogan Parish Council will undertake a comprehensive feasibility study on the four largest and most complex sites being considered for devolution from Cornwall Council.

The study will assess the practicality, benefits, challenges, and long-term implications of transferring ownership and management of these sites to the Parish Council.

The evaluation will include a detailed review of each site’s current condition, usage patterns, maintenance requirements, and potential for community development. These insights will ensure that decisions about these vital local assets are well-informed and sustainable.

The council’s vision is to create inclusive spaces that promote social interaction, well-being, and a strong sense of belonging. By prioritising improvements that meet the needs of all residents, Illogan Parish Council aims to enhance the quality of life across the parish and strengthen its role as a welcoming community.
